Responsibilities: • Venipuncture and capillary blood collection • Pediatric blood collection • Sample labeling and processing • Handling and transport of biological samples • Patient ID verification • Maintaining a calm and reassuring manner with patients

• Certificate in Phlebotomy / DMLT • Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience • Proficiency in venipuncture technique • Knowledge of sample handling protocols • Malayalam and English communication skills

• Salary: ₹15,000-20,000/month • ESIC and PF • Health insurance • Aster employee benefit card • Annual leave • Career growth to Lab Technician
