You will operate and maintain HD machines, perform CRRT in ICU settings, and provide peritoneal dialysis support. Responsibilities: • Operate haemodialysis machines (Fresenius, B.Braun, Baxter) • Perform CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) in ICU • Monitor patients during dialysis sessions • Maintain HD machine records and consumables • Water quality testing for dialysis water • Patient care and education

• D.Dialysis / B.Sc Dialysis Technology • Certification in CRRT preferred • Experience with Fresenius or B.Braun machines • BLS certification mandatory • ICU experience preferred

• Salary: ₹22,000-35,000 based on experience • Health insurance for family • PF and gratuity • 3-week paid leave • ACLS/BLS training sponsored • Performance incentives
